Supporting Children's Mental Health with Care
At Soul Project, we offer personalised therapy sessions grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to support children’s mental well-being. Our approach helps children understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while developing practical coping skills in a nurturing and trusted environment.
Expert Support for Young Minds
Soul Project offers CBT-informed therapy for children, supporting emotional growth and teaching practical tools to manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

Why CBT
Growing up isn’t always easy. School pressure, social media, friendships, family challenges, and uncertainty about the future can feel overwhelming. You’re not alone and support is available.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps young people understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It focuses on building real-life skills to manage difficulties and feel more in control.

Why CBT Works For Young People
CBT is especially effective for children, teenagers, and young adults because it is:
Structured and goal-focused, offers clear direction and progress.
Practical tools you can use in everyday life.
Short-term and effective many people notice improvements within weeks.
Empowering as it helps to build confidence, independence, and resilience.
